Our modest 12,000 sq. ft. facility offers the latest in state of the art RoHS Compliant cyanide free processes. Cody Metal Finishing processes components ranging from fasteners, ultra-precision machined parts, stampings, castings, and extrusions.
Environmental concerns are always at the forefront of our business planning and we are proud to deliver chloride plating, without the use of highly toxic cyanide. Cody Metal Finishing has implemented the latest in pollution abatement systems, ensuring our processes meet and exceed local, state, and federal EPA standards.

Cody Metal Finishing applies zinc chloride plating with a smooth black chromate conversion that provides dramatic accents and a decorative element to your finished product.
Zinc Dichromate Plating
Zinc dichromate remains a superior chromate for primer applications. The iridescence in a dichromate conversion can display different iridescent hues.
